Return of goods and money:
The customer has the right to a refund, which is regulated by the law on consumer protection:
- First, within 14 days when you cancel your purchase, without giving any reason or additional costs.
- The customer can ask for money in the event that NESIT2B doo does not deliver the goods within the agreed period.
- The third case in which the customer has the right to get money back is the non-conformity of the delivered goods.
Refund statement
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, NESIT2B is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina methods payments, which means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.
How to resolve complaints:
Products that are not subject to service guarantees can be replaced if factory damage has been established, if damage has occurred during improper delivery with a record of damage.
Any product that is subject to a service guarantee can exercise the right to claim, along with an invoice or warranty card and service instructions, as well as the name of the authorized service center, or a list of authorized service centers if there are more.

Statement of Conversion
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For an informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.
The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is an opportunity slight differences from the original price listed on our website.
Statement on the protection of confidential transaction data
Nesit2b makes the following statement:
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
General conditions of delivery
NESIT2B provides the delivery service independently or through various courier and delivery services, provided that the quality of the delivery service remains identical and corresponds to NESIT2B standards.
NESIT2B will deliver the goods from the confirmed order to the courier service within 2 (two) working days. Weekends Saturdays, Sundays and non-working holidays are not counted as working days.
The final delivery date will depend on the courier service.
The delivery service is not performed on Sundays and holidays, as well as on other non-working days.
Products scheduled for delivery will be delivered to the address specified when receiving the service order.
Delivery is made in the territory of the Republic of Serbia with postal codes from 11000 to 37999 or to an address abroad that is covered by services for sending goods abroad, such as POST EXPORT, DHL, UPS, TNT.
Delivery is made to the address specified in the Order. The ordered goods will be sorted/packaged so that they cannot be damaged during normal handling during transport.
